What we're building
A band that reads your nervous system, and an app built to turn that into something you can act on.
Why it works

Why it works this way
The gut and the nervous system are more connected than most people realise. Here's the short version.

Why we're building it
I've struggled with IBS for three years. I tried what people suggested, low-FODMAP, elimination diets, supplements, and nothing changed. So I started reaching out to anyone treating IBS I could find. Professionals and researchers from all around the world. What we learned from them is why Insyt exists. There's a gap in how IBS gets treated, and that gap is what we're trying to close.

How Insyt came to be
We spent our time understanding what living with IBS is like and what the people treating it wish they could see. Every part of Insyt starts there.
100+
People with IBS heard from
Reddit threads, DM's, Social Media comments, calls and interviews.
How it works
You wear the Polar 360 band, log your symptoms in the app, and we look at the data together to see whether meaningful patterns emerge.
How it works
You wear the Polar 360 band, log your symptoms in the app, and we look at the data together to see whether meaningful patterns emerge.
Step 1
Wear the band, day and night
Screen-free, stays on your wrist. Tracks heart rate, temperature, movement and sleep.
Step 2
Insyt learns your baseline
Your first few weeks build a baseline from your own data, not a population average.
Step 3
You add what the band can't see
When a flare happens, cramping, urgency, bloating, mark it in a few taps.
Step 4
We look for the link
We compare your wearable data with your symptoms to see whether meaningful patterns emerge over time.
Membership
The founding price, plus the band once.
After that, it's $29/month.

Who Insyt is for
Diets and supplements didn't fix it. You still avoid things, or you're still hunting for the cause. We're looking too.
This is for you if…
The same meal is fine one day and wrecks you the next.
Your world has gotten smaller, one cancelled plan at a time.
You've tried every diet and still can't find what's causing it.
You won't leave the house until you know where the bathroom is.
Privacy
No fine print. Just what we collect and why.
